Skills Proficient and competent with a vast array of selling skills, such as:

  • Strong customer relationships – Develop and expand customer relationships within the IT industry, develop a customer relationship map for each account, arrange and facilitate business value meetings where appropriate and expand relationships beyond business meetings with customers (dinner, sports or charity events).
  • Strong sales leaderships – Lead and orchestrate the team around each account and its opportunities and continuously reinforce the vision for each account and its opportunities.
  • Develop strategic, effective and actionable sales plans – Research and understand each account’s business and industry, and technology environment, develop a strategy for each account and conduct regular sales plan reviews.
  • Provide healthy, predictable pipeline report – maintain healthy pipeline to meet revenue goals with right balance of short term revenue and long term opportunities and relationship-based strategic opportunities

The person must

  • be target driven
  • Seek out and target new customers and new sales opportunities, initiate action plan to approach and secure new business for IT Managed Services
  • Responsible for securing key accounts and increasing market share in Malaysia
  • Create new lead generation plans which contribute to revenue generation.
  • Understand target customer’s business needs, deliver presentation, develop proposals and accurately articulate value propositions throughout all steps in the sales cycle.
  • Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction during presales and post sales engagements and achieve repeat sales.
  • Communicate and drive cross functional teams to ensure customer success.
  • Troubleshoot key accounts.
